About Entropy Painting
Philosophy
As an acrylic pour painter, I am captivated by the mesmerizing dance of colors and textures that emerge through the unpredictable flow of paint. Each piece I create is a testament to the harmonious interplay between intention and chance, where the fluidity of the medium guides my hand as much as my artistic vision. I strive to capture the fluidity and beauty of life through vibrant colors and dynamic compositions. My process begins with an exploration of color theory and composition, yet it is during the pouring and manipulation of the paint that the true magic unfolds. With each painting, I relinquish control, allowing the paint to find its own path across the canvas, creating organic shapes and intricate patterns that evoke a sense of wonder and intrigue.
Through layers of harmonious hues and dynamic contrasts, my work invites viewers to immerse themselves in a visual journey where every ripple and swirl tells a story of movement and energy. Each painting is a unique expression of emotion and atmosphere, capturing moments of serenity, vitality, or introspection.
Art is a force of healing and expression that has truly saved my life. The name “Entropy” can be defined as a measure of chaos. The artwork I make is about creating order out of chaos, about finding meaning from disorder. I hope you will join me on this journey to share my art. Collections
There are two collections of my artwork. The first collection consists of finished Dutch pour and other acrylic pour paintings that are available to purchase. I mainly work with the Dutch pour technique, which involves using a blow dryer to blow layers of thin acrylic paint over each other in order to create movement and design. The second collection consists of unfinished paintings which will be for sale soon in my Etsy shop as well as paintings that have been sold.
